Interactive Technology Professionals (iTP) (InterTechPro.com) is a fast growing IT consulting firm in Spokane, WA. We are looking for a Network Administrator to manager our IT systems and those of our clients. Excellent customer service skills are required. This a full time position with full benefits and competitive salary. Salary Amount will depend on experience.
Objective: Create, manage, and maintain systems to increase efficiency. The network administrators key role is to increase maximum up time of all networks and systems through monitoring, managing information, hardware, and customer support. This position is responsible for the IT systems of iTP and our clients. This position also provides help desk support to iTP's Clients. We are looking for a "jack of all trades" IT professional that can perform the role of a network administrator but would also like software development and web development projects as time permits.
Essential Functions: Administer and setup of the following
Responsible for supporting technology initiatives from the President of iTP for mission-critical functions, daily operations, and overall IT administration
Increase efficiency of systems used locally and with clients to decrease operational costs
Develop software to reduce time spent on information processing locally or for customers
Learn new technologies to decrease costs of current systems
Must be able to build, Upgrade, and maintain the below systems:
Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008
Exchange Server 2007 and Outlook Clients
IIS 5, 6, 7
SQL Server, Backups
Windows Active Directory
DHCP
DNS
Cisco Networking Hardware
Cisco Pix Firewall/VPN
WatchGuard Firewall/VPN
RDP over https
Multi-Domain management
Symantec Antivirus
Symantec Tape and disk backup
Crystal Reports - Develop/Maintain
Desktop/Server hardware and software troubleshooting
Help Desk Support and Customer Service
Visual Studio Development in VB/C# .Net
T-SQL Development
Remote maintenance of servers/networks
Digital Phone system
