The Boys & Girls Clubs of Spokane County is seeking a dynamic individual with high energy and an eye for detail to be our Special Events & Marketing Director. This position will be responsible for generating fundraising income through special events and writing support for foundation and corporate grant requests. Must be self-motivated to identify and create opportunities to build public awareness for the Club through creating promotional messages for upcoming events or programs to the public, including website, newsletters, public service announcements, and press releases. Looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, self directed work ethic, and the ability to multi-task and develop solutions to problems with limited supervision. Experience in organizing special events and/or marketing, along with public and media relations preferred. Part-time salary position, 20 hours per week. $18,000 - $22,000 per year, D.O.E.
