THE OPPORTUNITY
WorkSource Colville is looking for a trustworthy, competent, and dynamic WorkSource Supervisor to build relationships with staff, peers, community partners, and local employers. This position coordinates, integrates, and delivers a comprehensive array of employment and training services to job seekers and employers. Services must be consistent with the requirements of the federal, state, and regional One-Stop system.
As a WorkSource Supervisor, you will design and oversee programs, services, and activities within the WorkSource system. You are responsible for planning, analyzing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program effectiveness and value to customers. You will build collaborative community relationships and serve as a liaison to WorkSource leadership, community partners, and local businesses. In addition, you will supervise 10 - 14 professional WorkSource staff by coaching, training, and evaluating performance. This position functionally supervises partner staffs who work in the WorkSource Center.

Location: Colville, WA
Compensation: $42,588 - $55,836 annually DOQ plub benefits
