Sales Manager (Spokane) Full-time

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Prospect Leads- via internet, business journal and from any other lead source for Spokane, Boise, and Tri Cities.
2. Qualify the Leads- Research the company, what they do and why they may need our services.
3. Introduce Product, send marketing material and set appropriate appointments for face to face meetings.
4. Maintain the customer database, adding company information, point of contact, and follow-up required.
5. Attend any and all networking events and provide tours when requested.
6. Continue a working relationship with property managers along with researching new properties that would fit in our target market.
7. Work with the other Sales Managers and General Manager to develop our marketing plan. Develop marketing mediums such as social media, eblasts, direct mail, and local mediums to create awareness of our services.
Expectations & Benefits:
-2 years business to business sales experience.
-Some completed college coursework.
-Monday through Friday work schedule
