Smartphone Brand Advocate

MarketSource is currently looking for exceptional individuals to fill part-time positions in retail level assisted sales, product advocacy and in-store support. This Smartphone Brand Advocate (SBA) position requires a solid understanding of the telecommunications industry and the ability to sell smartphone technology with extraordinary customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively approaching customers in a retail environment and assisting with product sales. The ideal candidate must also be willing to assist with retailer administrative support functions. This part time position requires 100% personality, dependability, professionalism, and a desire to have fun!
Key Responsibilities
• Product demonstration, marketing, and advertising
• Professionally representing MarketSource and its clients at all times
• Driving product sales at assigned events through customer interaction
• Educate customers and associates on why the product is the best choice for customers
• Maintaining a sound knowledge of client's smartphone products
• Increase visibility and value in client’s products and services
• Assist retail stores with customer sign-up and activation processes
• Must meet paid e-learning requirements and attend live training event
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Maintain superior professionalism defined by communication and organizational skills at the highest level
• High-energy with a passion for wireless products
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible weekly schedule (Wed-Sunday)
• Ability and willingness to stand in retails stores, engaging customers up to 8 hours/day
• Dependable in-market transportation
• Comfortable with social networking programs, i.e. Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.
• Knowledge of wireless telecommunications sales experience a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office & internet applications.
