Showroom Sales Associate
Precision Countertops is the leading custom countertop manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are currently recruiting for a Showroom Sales Associate position in our Spokane, WA facility. Our success lies in the people we hire. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the showroom and is often our first contact with customers. Your excellent customer service and positive helpful attitude will be your tools for success. This position will work closely with the outside sales team and order processing department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greets customers, determines their needs, gathers information and builds relationships with them.
• Qualify customers over the phone for a variety of installed countertop surfaces.
• Educates customers of all Precision products and services.
• Collects project information from customers ensuring all requirements are met.
• Prepares, presents and follows up with customers on quotes.
• Maintains overall appearance of the showroom. This includes maintaining up-to-date literature and ensuring the latest color samples are displayed.
• Work closely with outside sales staff in processing sales.
• Other duties will follow as our business grows.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a reliable individual with a progressive, helpful attitude towards customer service. Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment.
• Intermediate level experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
• 2-3 years of inside sales and customer service experience preferred
• Must have the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, problem solve and possess excellent inter-personal skills.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
