Webmosa is an exciting ad agency that has dominated western WA and is expanding to Spokane to capture the east. Ad agents will be required to bring on new clients as well as help establish their brand via television, internet or print media. Clients range from international companies, to small local businesses. Duties can include:
• Television Ads - Work with production to create appropriate story board based on customer's needs and sell concept to customer.
• Web Development - Discus creative possibilities with Project Manager and customer to develop accurate online client representation.
• Social Media - Help develop press releases, facebook pages/ad, media raffles/competitions to entice prospects to client's business.
• Search Engine Optimization - Assist in market research, competitive edge, and more to help client dominate industry.
• Print Media - Work with graphic artists and writers to develop effective affordable fliers/mailers/magazines
• and so much more!
Webmosa has an aggressive marketing campaign and a stellar reputation which leads to a great deal of qualified leads coming in daily. Agents are expected to understand all products to help assist clients with determining which marketing direction will have the greatest ROI. Agents will make contact with potential clients via phone and email to discus whether the potential client is a good fit with company. Each signed client will then be Agents responsibility (though will get complete assistance during probation). Webmosa technical staff will be a reliable source of quality assistance to ensure the satisfaction of Agent's client. Agents who are most likely to earn the job will be:
• Self Motivated
• Honest, Charming, and KNOW our Services - Our clients trust us with their money and we must not be greedy and only work to help them obtain profits.
• Well Written - Most communication is via email so candidates must know how to write well
• Fast Learner - The marketing world can change over night and to stay ahead all agents must be a quick learner
• Smart - A degree is a plus, but we are willing to take any candidate that can prove they can do the job
• Experienced - Willing to train new workers but any sales experience is a big plus
And the most important:
• Enjoys to Work - This is not a call-tank where you must call 40 numbers an hour, this is a fun atmosphere where there is a team effort to help our clients grow. If you have a bad night we don't want you to come to work, leave drama at home and come back when you are ready to be serious.
This is a great opportunity to join the team of a rapidly growing company. This year we expect to triple gross income from last, not many companies can do that in a recession! Position has a 3-month probational period based on performance and overall how you fit in. You will not keep the job if you are not a team player, regardless if you have the highest income. First year agents make between 50-75k, second year over 80k. Webmosa awards all employees with bonuses when performance is outstanding. All around wonderful company to work for.
