Local Engineering company, specializing in civil land development, seeks an experienced individual to perform construction inspection and project management for the upcoming construction season. Responsibilities include:
- Inspection of construction activities incl/ underground sewer & water, street and utility improvements.
- Project management incl/ cost tracking, estimating, contractor coordination, etc...
- Maintaining daily journal logs, compliance with plans and specifications
- Cost estimating & budget tracking skills
- Great people skills are a must!
- General office/clerical duties...
Must be familiar with construction activities including underground sewer and water infrastructure, street and stormwater infrastructure, and other utilities. Computer skills are mandatory. Salary DOE.
