Property Manager / Assistant Full-time

We have an opening for an Assistant Property Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting the Property Manager/other members of the property team in all administrative and accounting aspects necessary for corporate and building owners and their representatives.
Responding to telephone inquiries.
Interacting with the clients, customers.
Ensuring all lease paperwork is completed correctly and has been approved by the property manager.
Organising Maintenance.
Showing apartments, sending thank-you notes and follows-up with prospects.
Clerical and accounting work.
Completing prospect information cards.
Required skills/experience:
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Confident using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work follow work rules, safety and security practices, and meet deadlines.
Available to work weekends, evenings as needed.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work with others as a team member to accomplish projects.
