Duties: Serve as an assistant to the Human Resource Director. Tasks include HR generalist duties for a 250+ employee company, ensuring paperwork from the HR Department is timely and accurate, and responsibility for recruitment.

Vacation, sick leave, medical, dental, life and 401k.

Hours are full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Education/Experience: BachelorÂ’s degree from a 4-year accredited university preferred or a combination of education and experience totaling 5 years can be substituted for a degree. PHR preferred. Empathy for those with disabilities or disadvantages required. Must pass Background check, pre-employment drug test, have valid driver license, maintain vehicle insurance and be insurable by SkilsÂ’kin vehicle insurance carrier. Must be 21 years or older.
