Northern Quest Resort and Casino, the Northwest’s premier destination resort, is seeking full time Benefits Specialist. This is a swing shift position, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday. Great benefits for full time Team Members.
Summary of Functions:
Assists in the administration of various team member benefit plans such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and other leaves of absence.
Qualifications:
Associates in Arts (A.A.) degree from two-year college or technical school and one to two years of related experience; Ability to establish procedures for the effective implementation of the Compensation and Benefits ManagerÂ’s directives. Prepare reports, correspondence and other information; Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts; Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
