SCW Consulting has the immediate need for a Help Desk Technician with 1 to 2 years experience in supporting MS Windows network environments and applications.
You will be responsible for handling all aspects of user requests from initial communication to final resolution. You will receive a variety of service requests (e.g., network/software configuration issues, account enabling, utilization, upgrade, and installation requests).
Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate good troubleshooting techniques & communication skills.
