Outside Support Specialist-Tier 3 (Spokane) Full-time

TROI IT Solutions is continuing to grow! We are in search of an individual with 3+ yearÂ’s progressively responsible engineering experience to join our growing IT firm. This position will take ownership of escalated tickets and projects on site at client locations. This position requires previous consulting/client services experience, and the ability to work with clients of all different sizes and in a variety of industries. Some on call and limited overnight travel may be expected.

Ideal candidate will be experienced in PC hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Be proficient in Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Small Business Server 2003, Office 2003, Office 2007, Citrix, VoIP, Active Directory, NTFS Permissions, and video conferencing. Must also have extensive knowledge in software and image creation/deployment via 3rd party software (Altiris, Ghost, etc.) and scripting.
