Fleet Manager Thrifty Car Rental Salary – DOE Work in Spokane, Washington Equal Opportunity Employer Position Description Thrifty Car Rental, a leader in the rental car industry, is looking for a proven leader able to reach a goal by directing a team. This position requires positive supervision of rental fleet. Responsible for infleeting, outfleeting, inventory, vehicle assessment, and title processing. Must be mechanically inclined with effective people management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Responsible for managing rental fleet (infleeting, outfleeting, vehicle movement, title work.)
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in automotive industry.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and direct the work of others.
• Supervising experience in a fast paced environment a plus.
• Ability to work outside in any weather condition.
• Good understanding of computers and Excel spreadsheets.
