The Spokane Veterans Home, long term care/skilled nursing facility has a full-time position available. We are a WA state agency with excellent benefits to include medical/dental, life, and long term disability insurance with 11 PAID holidays. JOIN OUR TEAM today!! This position is a resident advocate and provides support to the social services program. The position is required to complete components of RAI (MDS, RAPS, Care Plans) as well as serve on various multi-discipline teams; i.e. Behavior Team, etc. One year LTC experience required.
