Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collection, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and team-leader. Must possess computer skills and have a high level of professionalism. Experience in sales is beneficial as candidate will be required to promote community through creative marketing and ensure team achieves leasing goals. Candidate must uphold the highest standards of excellence in customer service, ensuring staff responds to customer concerns with tact and diplomacy. Yardi knowledge and bilingual a plus.
