Requirements:
Must be atleast 18 years of age. Must be willing to have a screening completed ( Background Check). Must have two years work experience, not necessarily within sales. Some college preferred. You are required to stand for long periods of time and reach out in the community through cold calling and creating business though creative means.
Position: T-Mobile Retail Sales Representative.
Hours Available: Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m.-8:30p.m., Saturday 9:30a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Sunday 11:30a.m.-5:30p.m. (Shifts are typically 8 hrs.)
Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 Hours/Week)
Location: Coeur d' Alene, Idaho
Corner of Government Way and Neider Ave next to Costco!
Wage/Commission:
Express Locations pays a base pay of $9.00 an hour plus commission. The commission portion is based upon your performance; if you reach Express Locations minimum expectation out of your three month probationary period you can make minimum gross $960 in commision. Our top sales representative makes between $1200 and $1900 per month in sales commission per month. Reaching your company expectation while maintaining all your target metric sales goals you can expect to make around 15.66 an hour. However, if you really grab ahold on how to make money with this company your wage can greatly increase. This company does not cap your commision abilities!
