Looking to hire immediately! Interested in an OUTGOING individual, with good work ethic and POSITIVE attitude, who can contribute to an UPBEAT and motivating office atmosphere! Good phone etiquette is a must! Telephone, Retention or Sales Experience is required!
Position details: Retention CSR, dealing with mostly angry clients. Must have a positive, motivating personality to efficiently resell the financial program purchased by client. Must be able to absorb company knowledge, contribute to a positive atmosphere and willing to take on any challenge! Will be taking 40-50 incoming calls in any given workday.
