PC Support Technician (Spokane) Full-time

PC Support Technician will add value to IT Department by performing supportive duties to growing network.
The PC Support Technician will install, setup and troubleshoot computer and software systems for network of dental practices and a corporate headquarters.
Successful candidates will have a solid technical knowledge and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform basic installation, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of desktop computers and peripherals.
Load and configure desktop OS for stand alone operation and basic network connectivity.
Perform advanced hardware and software troubleshooting.
Integrate hardware into existing LAN environments including establishing network, file server access, configuration of email and print server connectivity.
Along with other basic system maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
2 years experience in the IT support service industry.
Experience in a Help Desk or User Support environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Windows 2000 Professional, XP, and the ability to install, integrate and support these operating systems.


Location: Spokane
