A successful, fast paced technical support company in Coeur d'Alene is seeking an MCSA or MCSE with exception communication skills to manage client relations and technical projects in small business environments. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Small Business Server 2003/2008, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, backup and recovery testing and simple Cisco networking tasks.
