Local safety and supply company seeking office assistant/customer service assistant. You must have excellent computer skills in MS products, word, and excel. Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks. Must have a clean professional appearance, a good driving record with a valid drivers license and pass a background check. You must also have the ability to function under a competitive and fast paced work enviroment as well as the ability to work independently and make good use of your time. Good organizational skills are also necessary. Verifiable previous work history. Hrs are from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F. Job duties will include invoicing, inventory, customer service, data entry, some light bookwork, answering phones, bank deposits and making sales, keeping office and showroom clean. Good people skills are a must. Please include in your resume your experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Quickbooks.


Location: Spokane, WA
Compensation: $11.00 hr
