We seek a Store Sales Manager with the following experience/performance record:
0. Hands on manager who trains their team in all aspects store sales and operations.
1. Ability to build a team through hiring and training that meets finanical plans and company objectives.
2. Ability to work within a structured environment complying to direction with set time limits.
3. Leads by example.
4. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and train others to do so.
5. Great visual merchandiser.
6. Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures.
7. Experience as a specialty retail store manager or department manager of a high volume department in a big box store.
The Store Manager will work at least 40 hours a week with the flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week. Shifts are, in general, 9:30am to 6pm or 1pm to 9:30pm.
We seek an individual who can take this store to the next level of performance.
