Next IT is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience implementing software solutions in a variety of business verticals. This position is located in Spokane, WA. In this role you will elicit, validate, analyze, and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements, act as a liaison between the customer and the solution team, identify key roles and stakeholders at the client site and seek documented alignment on project vision and objectives, and plan and manage collaborative workshops with the client to understand their business processes and interaction with end users. The candidate will also work with the project manager throughout the life of the project to ensure defined project scope is appropriate to achieve realization of project goals, identify and perform requirements gathering and analysis activities, manage the requirements scope and maintain ongoing communication of the status of requirements activities, assist the technology team with comprehensive understanding of client business and requirements, work with a Quality Assurance team to create test cases, and assist with the client training on the new procedures and software as required.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must have Business Analysis experience, gathering requirements on integrated software suite implementations with external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical/problem solving skills, and experience developing use cases. The candidate must also have the ability to gather and document requirements, to analyze and document processes, and to work independently at client sites working with all levels of personnel. The candidate must also have experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Project).
Education: A BachelorÂ’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 3-5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
