Imprezzio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Database Analyst to maintain and work the data foundation of our enterprise hosted CRM software applications. Our ideal candidate is a savvy analyst and proficient SQL Server professional who will not only understand our databases, but will also be able to improve them based on our customersÂ’ needs and expectations of the data.
Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain SQL Server databases for enterprise hosted business solutions.
• Perform database updates, schedule and execute jobs, troubleshoot worker processes and research database issues encountered in Production.
• Respond to and resolve database access and performance issues.
• Monitor system details within databases, including stored procedures and execution time, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Plan, coordinate and execute data migrations between systems when needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.
• Create, or support creation of, required reports and queries in response to business user needs.
• Perform database transaction and security audits.
• Manage and/or provide SQL guidance to other members of the team.
Skills Required:
• 5+ years SQL Server experience, including extensive T-SQL, SQL SMS, Query Editor, SSIS, DTS, transactions and error handling, in SQL Server 2005/2008.
• Experience with sprocs, performance tuning and analyzing Query Execution Plans.
• Understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting SQL Server based solutions.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, ability to research database issues, standards and products.
• Ability to conduct research into database issues, standards and products as required.
• Experience with related technologies such as XML, XSL, IIS, .NET, etc.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
Special Consideration will be given for these skills:
• Experience with CRM databases and data structures.
• Exposure to .NET, and/or other web development technologies.
• Advanced SQL Server 2005/2008.
• Experience with clustered SQL Server environments.
• Insurance industry experience.
This position is full-time, on-site, at our Spokane, Washington office. Imprezzio is a small, rapidly-growing software company providing hosted software solutions for business. We have a solid project docket, explosive opportunities, and a need for core team members.
