I am a business owner who is looking for a general manager to run and oversee our lumber yard, truss plant and metal role forming shop. This is a very fast paced and earthly environment. We are looking for applicants who are willing to submit to a criminial background check and a drug test, if you are not willing to do either of these then please don't apply. The applicant must have experience working in a lumber yard and has worked their way up the food chain. An example being: sweeping to loading customers to delivery to counter/customer service then to manager. I would prefer that the applicants have followed this order of moving up or something very similar. We have a good core group of people, they just lack direction and management. The position will be salary with benefits, however pay will be determined by experience. Please only apply if you have the experience that I have listed above.
