Receptionist/Office Admin. (Browne's Addition) Full-time

Full time position for one of the landmark businesses in Browne’s Addition. Fun job with varied duties. This positions requires someone with an outgoing personality that can multitask.   • Answering phones
  • Organizing files and filing
  • Keeping event calendar
  • Posting receivables and payables

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and carry through projects and duties

  • Familiar with Quickbooks and Word.
