Technical Support Analyst - Full Time PositionProvides customer support for design/drafting software via telephone, email, and web and works with other team members and other departments to solve customer issues in a timely manner. Communicates with other departments and takes on additional tasks as requested. Well qualified individuals have the potential for career advancement into a variety of positions.
Required skills and experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
3 yrs experience taking incoming customer service or technical support calls.
3 yrs experience supporting and troubleshooting software installation on Windows operating systems
3 years experience troubleshooting Internet Explorer and internet connectivity issues.
Experience troubleshooting printer and large format plotter issues.
Four year college degree or equivalent in technical certifications.
Additional experience in one or more of the following a strong plus:
Experience troubleshooting network and internet related issues on Mac and Linux operating systems.
Experience using Chief Architect or Chief Architect Home Designer software.
Experience in drafting, design, construction, or architecture.
Web programming experience using PHP, MySQL.
Location: Coeur d' Alene, ID
Compensation: Depends on Experience
