We want to hear from you if you have:

*Associates or Bachelors degree in information technology or similar field. Experience may substitute for education. *2-3 years experience in fast paced help desk environment, preferably supporting demanding high end users. *Ability to quickly identify and repair hardware problems, handle installations and move/add/change requests. *Exceptional customer service skills. *Strong documentation, organization and follow-up skills. *High school diploma or equivalent. *Certifications desired but not required.
