Seeking dedicated, professional, full-time Apartment Manager for apartment communities in the Spokane area. We are looking for a hard working, ambitious individual who is a team player with an upbeat, "Can Do" attitude. Experience is great, but it is much more important to have a positive attitude and strong leadership skills. Apartment Manager must have strong communication and time management skills, also competent use of Windows based computer systems. This position will be responsible for coordinating leasing, marketing, resident retention and overseeing all aspects of general operations on a day to day basis. Anyone with previous sales experience and a willingness to work weekends will be given first consideration. Salary package includes an apartment on site. Looking to fill open positions no later than March 1st.
