Position: Lead Generation Manager
Description:
We are looking for someone who truly understands online marketing, how to test, analyze and understand a variety of online campaigns and is truly someone who is “Focused on Execution” and refuses to miss a deadline. A team player who is customer focused and can “turn on a dime”, but is still able to plan strategically, monthly and by quarter.This is a position for someone with demonstrated experience in current industry trends in internet marketing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of measurably improving website performance and increasing qualified traffic and associated web leads.
This position will manage or co-manage the following:
• Lead generation
• Strategy
• Product Marketing
• Research
• Budget
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly KPIs’
Requirements:
• Proven track record of conceptualizing, developing, and managing revenue generating online lead generation programs
• Extremely articulate and possess superb written communication, presentation, and reasoning skills, including ability to communicate with both business and technical resources.
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to lead cross-functional executions simultaneously
• Very resourceful, reliable, energetic, and self motivated
• Possess an analytical and pragmatic approach to solving problems
• Experienced project manager with the ability to utilize available time and resources effectively
• Possess a meticulous but creative eye for design, layout, messaging, and copy
• 10+ years of marketing experience required, specifically in the Online Marketing and/or Direct Response
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and execution of online lead generation strategies
• Execute budget and lead generation plans for multiple initiatives to drive customer sales
• Work with design and engineering teams to deploy lead generation campaigns
• Provide reporting & analysis strategy and communicate key performance indicators
• Monitor competitive best practices and develop new partnerships as necessary
• Hands on experience with campaign management as well as tracking of campaign metrics
• Experience managing conversion funnel from lead generation to revenue generation
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
