Customer Service Representative I
We have several openings for Customer Service Representatives in Spokane, Washington. Pay is $11.20 an hour.
These individuals will assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence. This is a 6-month contract position.
Major job duties include:
• Responding to all faxes and emails received by customers.
• Being able to use and understand computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Communicating with customers via phone regarding their accounts.
Major requirements and qualifications:
• Prefer 1 year of experience in a cell center environment.
• Basic knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services is obligatory.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills is mandatory.
• Must have good troubleshooting and technical skills.
Must have a very flexible schedule and be willing to work any day of the week. Also, must be open to working different hours. Must be comfortable with inbound/outbound calling, however, there will be no cold calling (sales).
