TROI IT Solutions, an Eastern Washington based technology consulting and management firm is continuing to grow! We are in search of a high caliber individual with 5+ yearÂ’s progressively responsible engineering experience to join our growing IT Services/Consulting firm.
The qualified candidate will provide direct support to TROI clients by performing engineering tasks in a Microsoft environment. This position works with a team of engineers to deploy traditional, hosted, and managed solutions to our customer base. Significant proficiency is required in concept of operations development, system design and review, requirements definition, system transition planning, and supporting customer defined system integration tasks. Occasional on call rotation as well as regional travel may be required.
Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server and Desktop Architecture, TCP/IP networking, and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and MS Exchange.
• Experience with Terminal Server and Citrix technologies a must.
• Experience with Virtual Technologies, VMware, XenSever, etc. a must.
• Server and SAN technologies, (EMC, IBM, NetApp) desired.
• Certifications such as an MCSE, VCP, CCA or commensurate experience are advantageous.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills.
• Ability to work in a high energy, team environment.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
