Inside Sales/ Warehouse Associate, Spokane WA
Position Description
A diversified petroleum distributor of lubrication and fuel products covering Easter Washington and Northern Idaho is seeking a qualified Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate. Previous experience in the petroleum industry and or knowledge of diesel and automotive applications are required. This position will serve walk in customers, handle in and outbound customer calls in addition to general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities to include;
Daily interaction with a wide variety of customers.
Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Responding to unique needs, offering solutions with prompt follow-up.
Understanding and following our business operation and procedures.
Working closely with fellow employees to result in a high level of customer service and customer retention.
Support sales staff with quotes and the ability to connect with the key contacts in a highly competitive industry.
Position Requirements;
Previous sales or customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, Word, E-mail, able to learn basic Excel and business computer system.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Detailed and problem solving skills.
Must be able to lift 50lbs on a semi-regular basis.
Self motivated attitude.
Negotiation skills.
Work well both individually or as a team player.
Good math skills.
Enjoy being competitive with a good work ethic and attitude.
