Looking for SUCCESS DRIVEN person(s) for triple AAA+ brand new property.
Local owned property management company has openings for both manager and assistant manager for large communities of 100 to 400 apartment homes with sparkling swimming pool, fitness center, media room, guest lounge, garden spots, sports court, playground, walking paths, garages and full size appliances. Properties employ teams of 2 to 6 depending on size. Candidate will be well groomed, articulate, detail oriented, organized. Slackers need not apply. Daily duties include preparing tour route, answering phones/questions, showing and leasing apartments, completing necessary paperwork correctly, move ins, move outs. No computer on site - corporate office handles details - YOU MUST RENT and RETAIN. Criminal/credit check required, valid WA driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance a must.
