Locally owned Steelhead Bar & Grille is looking for an energetic outgoing person to fill a combined supervisory/bartending position.
This position will be 20-42 hours a week, depending on business levels. Duties will include, but are not limited to bartending, paperwork,
leadership, assisting with schedules, inventory, training, controlling costs (particularly labor), and ensuring product and service
standards are met.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years experience bartending.
Minimum one (1) year experience using the Aloha system.
Must possess the ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Must possess the ability to make unpopular decisions when circumstances warrant such action;
taking in to consideration the Guest, Employee and Company.
Must be detail oriented.
Some supervisory experience is preferred.
