Construction Experience preferred. Accounting Degree preferred.
Responsible for the oversight of the project finances and contracting systems to include administrative functions and scheduling in support of operational personnel. Perform financial analysis, tracking and forecasting for each site and alert/report findings to Business Manager, provide management with accurate and timely information. Prepare the monthly draw package for submission including AIA invoices for payment, retainage tracking, monthly reconciliations and checklist items, quarterly incentive reports and other necessary supporting documentation.
Evaluate project financial reporting systems and establish/recommend alternatives that will help identify trends on a real time basis. Prepare, review and submit monthly reports as required and work with the Project Manager, Business Manager, RegionalÂ’s and site personnel on the same.
Responsible for performing all subcontracting administration functions to include but not limited to the preparation, coordination through final execution, and maintenance of Service Agreements, Service Agreement Change Orders and Owners Change Orders. Ensure budgetary compliance for all contracting actions. Initialize and prepare solicitations as necessary. Preserve the integrity of the procurement process. Develop budgets and monitor compliance of such on a monthly basis. This includes the responsibility to prepare and submit the monthly Cost Performance Report.
