Data Entry Specialist
Spokane Valley background screening company is seeking a part-time data entry specialist and criminal record research to join our screening team. The job offers flexible hours. All candidates must have a great attitude, great work ethic, and a proven record of hard work.
Responsibilities include:
Inputting application data into the online processing system
Answering and transferring phone calls on a multi-line phone system
Periodically performing office tasks as needed
Help customers with questions on the phone
Act as a cashier for walk-ins
Successful Candidates:
Must have a background in office and computer work
Must be able to type a 60+ words per minute
Must be professional and have a great phone voice
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and peers
Must be very familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and with searching and navigating the internet
Must be detail orientated
Must be able to work 3-5 hours Monday – Friday
Must be motivated, flexible, and always ready to learn
Must be able to pass a background screening
