The Position: The Project Specialist I or II will assist teams with contracts for federal government agencies including, but not limited to, the Indian Health Service, Emergency Medical Services, and the Federal Emergency Management Systems. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and other project staff to ensure that project deliverables are met on time; and she/he will assist in coordinating events, trainings, and technical assistance. The Project Specialist will also provide logistical support, conduct research, and enter and track data. The position will entail other project-related support as needed by each contract.
Join Our Team: The successful candidate will have a BachelorÂ’s degree; strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform in a high volume, time-sensitive/deadline-driven environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and a high level of proficiency in MS Office suite of software. Previous work in American Indian/Alaska Native communities and familiarity with medical terminology and/or an emergency medical technician certification are beneficial.

Compensation: Salary range $29,120 - $39,520; Medical, Dental, Life, 401k, STD, LTD, Flex benefits. This is a non-exempt position, and the employee will be eligible to be paid for overtime work should such work be required.
