Purchasing/Inventory Control (Spokane Valley, WA)

Growing equipment company in the Spokane Valley has a new opening for a Purchasing, Inventory Control and Warranty Agent. Must have at least 5 years purchasing and inventory experience in an industrial equipment environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Purchasing: Responsible to negotiate and purchase parts, equipment and supplies from vendors. Build a relationship with vendors in a positive manner.
*Inventory Control: Decide inventory levels of stock items. Keep up to date on inventory use levels. Check in inventory and put it away. Follow up to make sure purchases are shipped on time. Work closely with the parts department. Compile and process month end inventory including variances.
*Warranty Agent: Build a relationship with customer base to positively resolve warranty claims. Take care of customers in a timely manner including ordering/shipping replacement parts. Learn time lines and processes for each vendor and file paperwork accordingly. Return used warranty parts as required by vendor.
*Parts Dept.: Back up Parts Agent for customer calls and parts requests; assist in keeping parts department inventory organized including annual returns to vendors.
Experience working with MAS200 and/or ACT! a big plus. Salary $42k+, DOE. Benefits included. Email resume to kelly@provisional.com for immediate consideration.
