General Contractor seeks knowledgeable, tobacco free Project Manager for Commercial, Industrial and Government projects. Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. Position requires individual to travel occasionally, be organized and goal oriented. Successful candidate will be able to read, understand and apply blueprints and specifications and possess valid drivers license with no infractions in last 5 years. Additional job requirements are estimate preparation, budget maintenance, submittals, subcontracting, purchasing, schedule creation, contract maintenance and project close out.
