We are looking for a Medical Clinical Support employee to start for a busy clinic north of Spokane. The essential responsibilities & qualifications include the following:
• Direct supervision of the support staff
• Assist in interviewing/selecting with Clinic Coordinator
• Responsible for all training and orientations
• Order all medical supplies, drugs & immunizations for clinic
• Ensure support staff is meeting clinic goals
• Assist team members when needed, i.e. rooming patients and/or giving vitals
Qualifications
• 4+ years of direct supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid CMA, LPN or RN Washington State license
• Must have large medical terminology background
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• Comfortable using computers (EMR a plus)
