ABOUT THE JOB
PCO, a manufacturer of security products, is looking for a technical support
specialist to provide phone and email support to our customers for a variety of CCTV security products we provide. The candidate should have excellent
communication skills and be able to work well with users. The position provides
opportunities to learn new technologies and grow with the firm. PCO prides

knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting all products PCO provides as well as secondary
products necessary to use our products. Supported products include Digital Video
Recorders, CCTV cameras, Network Switches and Routers. Analyze and resolve end
user hardware, software and network problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Assist PCO in creating Knowledge Base articles to augment Customer self-support.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to troubleshoot network
communications including router issues, WAN link outage, and switch
problems.
Troubleshooting skills both for
software/hardware, user processes and mechanical operation
Knowledge of basic inter-networking
operations and protocols, with a demonstrated ability to assist with
networking projects
Excellent verbal and written communications
skills.
Must be a problem-solver who is flexible and
responsible.
Must be able to work in a team-based
collaborative environment.
Need to enjoy interacting with and providing
computer support to end-users.
Must be able to support users over the phone
and/or remote automation interfaces.
Will be expected to learn new technologies
and take on more responsibilities as the firm grows.
Limited travel may be required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of CCTV Industry (CCTV Cameras,
DVRÂ’s, Sensors, Relays, etc).
Knowledge of electrical wiring, proper
grounding, etc.

Location: Liberty Lake, WA
Compensation: $11-13 hr DOE. Standard PCO benefits inlcude Health/Dental, 401K, Profit Sharing.
