Administrative Assistant - Part Time (Spokane downtown)

Seeking part time administrative assistant (2 days per week; 12-16 hours), to provide support to small law firm. Duties would mainly consist of filing, maintaining a calendar, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, keeping track of important legal deadlines and documents, and general administration assistance. Looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years prior experience in office administration tasks
- Good computer skills, including Word and Excel and calendering program
- Highly organized (and initiative to be able to keep papers organized for busy attorney!)
- Detail oriented / thorough, and can be depended on for accurate filing and other record keeping.
- (Ability to troubleshoot minor PC problems is a plus).
Location: downtown Spokane
Specific schedule of working days / hours is flexible, depending on needs of the employee.
