Contractual Web Designer Needed (North Spokane) Full-time

Our business is in need of a contractual web designer. Duties will include the design and launch of our companyÂ’s and small residual companyÂ’s websites.
The designer will need the knowledge of:
linking websites
designing interactive websites
hosting needs
and eventually be available to upgrade our website when the time comes.
Though this is just a one-time design and launch project our company will need periodic upgrades and re-designing to be done.
