Claims Intake Unit - Customer Service Rep (Liberty Lake, WA)

Position: Claims Intake Unit Customer Service Representative with well-known insurance company
Responsibilties:
- Take first notice of loss property claims for Safeco Insurance policy holders
- Provide service to our existing claims customers for Agency Markets Regional Companies
- Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties
- Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of CALL CENTER Customer Service experience required
- Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
- Good written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Windows 2000 and Windows based programs
- Must have the ability to work in multiple systems
