Claims Intake Unit - Customer Service Rep (Liberty Lake, WA) Full-time

Position: Claims Intake Unit Customer Service Representative with well-known insurance company
Responsibilties:

  • Take first notice of loss property claims for Safeco Insurance policy holders
  • Provide service to our existing claims customers for Agency Markets Regional Companies
  • Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties
  • Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication
    Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of CALL CENTER Customer Service experience required
  • Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
  • Good written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Windows 2000 and Windows based programs
  • Must have the ability to work in multiple systems
