North Spokane apartment complex is seeking a full time maintenance assistant. Must be an experience painter with general knowledge in plumbing and routine maintenance. Good people skills and positive attitude is a must. Previous experience in multi-unit apartment complexes is preferred. Looking for someone who is dependable and a team player. Must pass a background check and drug test. Location: North Spokane
Compensation: $10.00-$11.00
