We are seeking numerous candidates with 3+ yrs. Medical CSR experience for growing insurance company! Duties will include but are not limited to resolving complaints, inquires and providing education to members, prospective members, providers, other insurance carriers, agents/brokers, attorneys, employer groups in writing, in person and over the telephone regarding health plan related issues, and governance issues. Interact with other departments, physicians or administrators as needed. Interpret and apply all benefits according to appropriate contract.
