Bank of America Corporation and First Data Corporation have entered into a joint venture relationship to create Banc of America Merchant Services, LLC. Banc of America Merchant Services, LLC (BAMS) is searching for an Account Manager II.
Perform analytical duties in support of Relationship Management portfolio, including assembling data for client Business Reviews and Interchange Analysis.
Represent the Relationship Management team on future projects / initiatives.
Liaison for Relationship Managers and works directly with Account Boarding and the Fulfillment team.
Provide support to RM team for supply ordering, business cards, coordinating application updates/downloads, vacation calendar maintenance, business continuity contact lists.
Point of contact for escalation of issues from other support areas and/or Client Team.
Responsible to ensure resolution completed including working with business partners to execute resolution.
Compile sales pipeline and activity reporting for Relationship Manager opportunities for Management review. *Required Skills: “Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified:
3+ years professional Operations, Customer Support and/or Account Management experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Merchant Services industry. Strong Organizational skills. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including word, excel, PowerPoint.
Strong Communication Skills
Clear, concise and professional customer communication, written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Reasoning and Problem Solving:
Problem solving and ability to recommend solutions
Resourceful at finding the right people and teams to support your activities and projects
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Must be detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills whom is willing to go the extra mile.
Strong mathematical skills:
