Full time position for IT Specialist needed for a busy multi-cultural business. Applicant must have at least 2 years experience as IT specialist. Responsibilities include system administration and desktop support, trouble shooting and diagnosis, security, installing and configuring hardware and software, monitor data backups, and monitor servers.
High degree of self-motivation, organization and work with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem solving skills and follow-up skills
Ability to handle daily tasks and projects independently
Excellent customer service philosophy
MAC/PC experience required
Associates Degree or equivalent education. RPMS system knowledge a plus. Great salary and benefits. Work Monday - Friday, no evenings or weekends. EOE.
