Engineering Manager (Spokane, WA)

Company is a multi-disciplined engineering department of 30+ employees. Oversee all efforts in the innovative design of large mobile conveying & material handling solutions.
Heavy industrial experience a must!
Company needs a candidate who's focus is on resource needs, budget & project planning. Support & participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Support quality metrics, product design methodologies & process improvement.
Requires BS in Engineering discipline.
Must have PE license.
Min. 8 years supervisory experience in engineering.
Technical experience in mechanical, fluid power & electrical engineering.
Skilled in application & use of SolidWorks & ERP systems (preferably Oracle). Location: Spokane, WA
Compensation: negotiable
